Detailed Product Description

Simple and compact structure, flexible and reliable, good roadway adaptability, suitable for square type roadway, as well as the trapezium-shaped roadway with a roof declination angle of ≤15°.
The heading machine is equipped with two machine-mounted hydraulic bolting machines, on which a temporary supporting device is provided, thus making up a mechanical structure in which tunneling, bolting and supporting are integrated.
Bolting machines are mounted on either side of the cutting unit with the supporting devices on the top of the heading machine; before bolting machine works, the supporting devices perform temporary supporting for the roof plates to ensure safe rockbolt operation.
Bolting machine has the function of back-forth extension, vertical-horizontal adjustment, left-right rotation of 10°30°; Bolting machine retracts and folds itself to minimize its space and size when heading machines are operating.
Hydraulically driven by pump station of heading machine, controlled and operated by remote controller, the bolting machine realizes a continuous mechanical operation of tunneling, mining and bolt supporting.
